Sellers must act in good faith and accurately represent the item being offered for sale.

For Direct Transactions, the buyer and seller are responsible for payment, ownership transfer, transportation, and other transaction arrangements.

For Marketplace Checkout Transactions, Le Pit Club Marketplace supports payment and, where available, shipping. The seller remains responsible for fulfilling the order, properly packaging the item, meeting confirmation and shipping deadlines, and transferring the correct item to the shipping carrier.

Le Pit Club Marketplace does not guarantee transaction completion, buyer performance, carrier performance, delivery dates, or dispute outcomes.

Payment processing, payouts, shipping, tracking, and delivery may depend on third-party service providers and their own terms and service availability.

Any disputes arising from a transaction should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller where possible.

Le Pit Club Marketplace may review reports of policy violations or fraudulent behavior and take action against accounts when appropriate, but we do not act as an arbitrator and cannot guarantee the resolution of private disputes.
