Direct Transactions

For Direct Transactions, shipping, transportation, delivery, and pickup are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.

Le Pit Club Marketplace does not arrange shipping or transportation for these transactions.

Marketplace Checkout Transactions

For eligible Marketplace Checkout Transactions, shipping may be arranged through Le Pit Club Marketplace.

Available shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Confirmation

The seller must confirm the order within 1 business day.

If the seller does not confirm the order within this period, Le Pit Club Marketplace may cancel the order and release or refund the buyer's payment.

Shipping

After confirming the order, the seller must ship it within 5 business days.

An order is considered shipped once it has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If the seller does not ship the order within this period, Le Pit Club Marketplace may automatically cancel the order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges collected from the buyer are used by Le Pit Club Marketplace to pay for the applicable shipping services and are not transferred to the seller.

Delivery

Delivery status is based on tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates and tracking information are provided by the carrier. Le Pit Club Marketplace does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the refund rules for shipped orders apply.
